Upgrade guide

Upgrade applications safely by reviewing runtime, configuration, database, and API changes.

Upgrade on a separate branch, back up production data, compare .env.example, and run the full test suite. Version 0.2.0 requires Node.js 22.5.0 or newer, uses the artisan CLI entry point, and includes mysql2 for MySQL support. Never run migrate:fresh against production data.
